Working on his staff will keep you challenged spiritually and intellectually. Exhaustion may be the only down side.

I did not realize the worldwide impact that one ministry could have until my husband Jeff and I joined the staff of Josh McDowell Ministry. Our staff is like a family working together to reach a common goal. We genuinely care about one another and support each other — not just at the office but as we do life together.
I am continually amazed that God is allowing a relatively small group of people to impact the world with the Gospel message and equip them to be Biblically grounded in the Truth of the Scriptures.
We have the privilege of being a part of a spiritual movement that impacts hearts and lives to live passionately for Jesus Christ.
