Downloading e-books, e-documents, and digital audio

Thank you for your interest in electronic resources from Josh.org. We currently (or will in the near future) offer e-books in the following formats:

If you do not have one of the above mentioned programs to view or listen to a resource, you can click on the image above to be taken to that site to download the program.

How do I get the electronic resource that have I Purchased?

1. If you paid by credit card, you will see a button at the bottom of the final checkout page called "Proceed to Download E-Item." An example is shown below. Click on that button and you will be taken to the page to download your item.

2. Once you have clicked on the "Proceed to Download E-Item" button, you will be taken to a page that will allow you to download your item in the available formats as seen below.

3. You can then click on the link below the image of the format you would like to view to download that file.

 

How do I get a file if I have previously purchased or if I have purchased with a check?

If you have paid by check, your electronic resource will be available as soon as we have received your payment. You will receive an email as soon as your resource is available. To obtain a previously purchased electronic resource or a resource purchased with a check, go to:

https://www.josh.org/secure/lookup.asp

and enter your order number exactly as it appears on your receipt (it should also be in your confirmation e-mails) and click "Lookup Order." At that point you can follow the instructions above.
