Each $3 you send provides a copy of
Josh McDowell's book More Than a Carpenter
Every day 20,000 Africans come to Christ.
But how will these new believers be discipled?
Very soon Josh McDowell will be traveling to the Ivory Coast to help train more than 2,000 highly motivated campus ministry leaders from all over Africa -- equipping them to disciple students.
Our ministry partners have asked us to supply 300,000 copies of More Than a Carpenter to be used in follow-up across Africa.
Each $3 you give will put a copy of More Than a Carpenter into the hands of a seeker or new believer in Africa. But we've heard from leaders there that Christian books are often each read by up to 10 people. That means the impact of your generosity will be multiplied even more!
Your gift of $60 will provide 20 books.
Your gift of $120 will provide 40 books.
And your very generous gift of $300 will provide 100 books.
Each copy you help provide is an opportunity to develop a vibrant, maturing body of Christ throughout the lands of Africa -- one that can stand strong for biblical truth.
Please prayerfully consider how the Lord might have you help.
The Parable of the Sower played out in real life
Even though Africa has been the focus of a massive Christian evangelism effort for generations, the church there still doesn't have the resources needed to ground people in their faith.
What's more, Bibles, evangelism literature and discipleship materials are extremely scarce. Lots of African pastors don't even have a Bible!
It's the Parable of
the Sower all over again:
A farmer went out to sow his seed.
. . . Some fell on rocky places . . . It sprang up quickly, because the soil was shallow. But when the sun came up, the plants were scorched, and they withered because they had no root.
