Gathering

October 4–7, 2018

Join Josh and Dottie for a special gathering at Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego, California. They will host an opening reception on Thursday, October 4, at 6 pm. The event will conclude on Saturday evening, October 6. There will be an informal devotion and brunch on Sunday morning, October 7 (optional).

Each attendee is responsible for their travel and accommodations expenses.

Travel

The closest airport is San Diego International Airport (SAN), only thirty miles from the hotel. Parking at the hotel is available at a reduced rate of $17 per night for our group.

Our event rate is $199 per night plus taxes.

Nestled in the San Diego mountains, the award-winning resort features luxurious guest rooms, a spa, fine dining, an 18-hole golf course and spacious meeting rooms. A 10 percent discount on amenities is available to our guests. The hotel will honor the group rate for three days prior to or after our event for those who wish to extend their day.

The weather is normally beautiful this time of the year, but a light jacket for evenings is suggested. Dress is business casual.

To make your hotel reservation, please contact Rancho Bernardo Inn directly. Reservations will be accepted by calling 844.226.8262 no later than Monday, September 10, 2018. Guest are asked to identify themselves as part of the JOSH MCDOWELL MINISTRY room block to receive the special group rate. First night’s room and tax of $224.67 will be required at the time of reservation. Individual cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to arrival for full refund of deposit.
