Careers

Let’s reach the world together!

Do you feel called to full-time mission work for the Gospel? Our team is a diverse group with a like-minded vision to see true followers of Jesus everywhere who live, support, and share their faith. We strive toward this goal in a relational work environment where each staff can feel a sense of purpose, belonging, and recognition. Our philosophy is to fit the right people in the right roles which capitalize on their God-given strengths, talents, and personalities so that they can thrive as a laborer for God’s Kingdom. We are located in the beautiful Hope Center building in Plano, Texas, 15 miles north of Dallas. The Hope Center offers a tranquil, faith-based work/socializing environment, an onsite cafe, free covered parking, onsite spiritual education, a fitness center, and easy access to area restaurants and stores.

Unless otherwise indicated, our positions are supported rather than salaried. Like many other mission-based careers, supported staff raises their own salary by mobilizing others to generously give prayer and financial support. While the initial support goal may seem intimidating for new staff, we step out in bold obedience to the vision as we trust in God and witness His provision. As a ministry of Cru, we provide training and regular coaching for every step of the process.

Serving others until the whole world hears about Jesus Christ
