This position will collect, file, and communicate these changes to the US publishers and then follow up to make sure the changes and corrections are made in subsequent printings.
- Send free resources to hardship cases, people in jail (determined on a case by case basis) also to Christian schools having auctions, benefits, etc.

Primary Responsibilities
Partnership Building
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Cru, publishers, church and ministry leaders, and international staff.
- Develop and maintain a network of publishers and ministry partners to provide Sightline resources and serve collaboratively.
- Assist Cru Global Leaders as a trusted international Sightline representative, identifying ways to serve them and other partners (missions organizations, churches, publishers, etc.) with resources.

- Serve as a Sightline ambassador to national directors, ministry partners, and vendors
- Attend the Ministry’s bi-monthly staff meetings, weekly team meetings, weekly prayer times, biennial retreat and Cru semi-annual days of prayer
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervise the Sightline Operations Team in accordance with ministry policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring and training; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Summary of Position:
The Vice President of Development leads a dynamic Development Team to execute fundraising strategies across all donor segments such as general file, mid-level, major donor, and legacy giving programs. This role ensures the ministry has the necessary resources to sustain and expand its impact.
The Kind of Work You’ll be Doing:
- Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive annual fundraising plan, including revenue and expense projections across all giving segments.
- Evaluate and optimize all fundraising initiatives (general giving, mid-level, major donors, monthly partners, peer-to-peer, events, etc.), ensuring strong ROI and alignment with JMM’s mission and brand.
- Drive growth through donor acquisition, retention, and elevation strategies, utilizing data-driven approaches to develop sustainable revenue.
- Build and strengthen relationships with major donors, casting vision for JMM and stewarding donor engagement.
- Oversee data-driven fundraising operations, ensuring the effective use of CRM systems and donor analytics.
- Partner with the marketing and content team to align fundraising messaging and donor engagement strategies.
